About Scoopin Poop LLC

Scoopin Poop LLC » About Us
We believe a clean yard is a happy yard and a cleaner community benefits everyone. As a veteran-owned business, we built our company on reliability, respect, and service to others.

Turning Everyday Service Into Lasting Impact

Scoopin Poop LLC was built on the belief that small acts can create big change. By providing a dependable, high-quality pet waste removal service, we help families enjoy cleaner, safer yards — while turning everyday business into a force for good. A portion of every cleanup goes directly to veteran charities and service programs, helping those who’ve given so much to our country. For us, it’s not just about clean yards — it’s about purpose, community, and the pride that comes with serving something bigger than ourselves.

Our Values

  • Service: We proudly serve our customers, community, and veterans.
  • Integrity: We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
  • Respect: For our clients, their pets, and their property.
  • Purpose: Every cleanup supports a mission that truly matters.

About Me

U.S. Army Veteran & Founder of Scoopin Poop

Born and raised in Roanoke, Blake served over seven years in the U.S. Army as an Apache helicopter crew chief, including a tour in Afghanistan. During his service, he adopted his loyal white dog Chance — the same friendly face behind the Scoopin Poop logo. Chance was by his side through deployments, personal challenges, and the long road of rebuilding life after the military.

After facing loss and difficult transitions, Blake found purpose again through faith, family, and community. Scoopin Poop was built as more than a business; it’s a way to serve the community, honor those who’ve served, and create meaningful work that gives back.

A portion of all profits supports veteran charities, turning a simple service into something that makes a real difference.

Blake’s goal isn’t just to give back — it’s to simplify doing business.
He believes things should be straightforward, transparent, and built on trust. Whether you’re a customer, an employee, or a veteran in need, every part of Scoopin Poop is built to make life a little easier.
